Core Values

CHMS SuperSTAR Program

The new CHMS SuperSTAR program needs you!  We still need 15 more families to adopt a CHMS staff member ASAP so every staff member at our school will have a STAR family to lift them up once a month throughout the school year.  This simple but impactful volunteer opportunity entails dropping off a surprise item(s) for your staff member in the designated box in the office by the 10th of each month.  You can choose anything you think that person would like.  It can be small, such as a $5 Starbucks gift card or a small bouquet of flowers.  It’s up to each family what you wish to do.  We will give you an information sheet with the likes and interests of your adopted staff member.  Once all treats have been dropped off each month, we'll deliver them Secret Santa-style to all staff members.

We hope to begin in October!  Please email Kim Arnett at karnett@gmail.com if you can help; she can pair you with an available staff member.  Thank you to all the families who have already adopted 30 staff members.  Our CHMS community appreciates your kind hearts and willingness to help us implement this new supportive program at our school!

Coyote Dads Needed!

Calavera Hills Coyote Dads plan awesome events throughout the school year and need your help.

Dads from CHMS and CHE work together to help our school community by hosting a pancake breakfast (10/7),

golf tournament (3/11) , school beautification (4/21), and a campout (5/19).

If you are interested or would like for information, please contact Bryan Zoepfl at bzoepfl@gmail.com
